I am a qualified care manager and therapist based in Somerset.

Sharing your thoughts and feelings with family and friends can be challenging. As an experienced therapist, I strive to deeply understand your unique issues and develop a focused therapy plan to support your recovery

I have over twenty years of experience working with complex mental health conditions and have supported countless families dealing with the loss of a loved one while working in elderly care.

I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
